The Battery Management System (BMS) is a key component of electric vehicles, mainly responsible for monitoring the operating status of the power battery, implementing charge and discharge control, thermal management, and energy balancing functions. Through the CAN bus, the BMS communicates efficiently with the vehicle controller, intelligent charger, instrument cluster, and other devices, ensuring the safety, reliability,and efficient operation of the entire battery system.

- Rich Communication Interfaces and Peripherals:Integrated with 8x CAN FD, 12x LIN, 8x DSPI, 1x GTM4.1, 2x CCU7, and 4x ADC(total 37 channels).
● This BMS system integrates BMU and CMU along with sensors, implements the function of real-time monitoring of battery status, dynamic balancing, and thermal runaway prevention, featuring high-precision SOC estimation, active safety protection, multi-level fault diagnosis, and OTA updates.
- Cell Monitoring & Balancing :Diagnoses cell voltage and temperature, balances cell characteristics.features low-power management and communication with the main controller.
- Battery State Calculation & Control:Real-time computation of:State of Charge (SoC), State ofHealth (SoH), State of Power (SoP), State of Safety (SoS).Supports communication with domain controllers and firmware updates.
